Abstract
This paper delves on energy profiles and policy patterns of the three major oil and gas producers in Central Asia namely, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. The author has reflected upon Central Asia's experience in dealing with the major international powers and pointed at the lessons they have learned in dealing with international partners.
