IGF Invitation: Multi-Stakeholder Framework for Digital Companies

Dear Members of the Institut de diplomatie publique and Partners,

We received a letter from UNESCO Media and Information Literacy Alliance asking us to participate in the Internet Governance Forum "Advancing an International Multi-Stakeholder Framework for Digital Communications Companies to Promote Media and Information Literacy" and share this invitation with our network.

For the first time at the Internet Governance Forum, high-level intergovernmental, social media, civil society and media representatives stand together to address media and information literacy in digital spaces.

Two steps to participate:

Register on the IGF website, please follow the steps below:

  • Log into the IGF website, or alternatively sign up if you have not done so already https://www.intgovforum.org/en/user/login

  • Go to the registration page https://www.intgovforum.org/en/content/igf-2021-registration

  • Complete the form it will open for you.

  • Click on ‘Register’ located at the end of the form.

  • If successfully submitted, a notification will appear on your screen : ✓‘’Thank you for registering for IGF 2021. Please check your inbox for email notification.’’

  • Check your inbox for an email with the subject line : ✓ ‘’Registration for IGF 2021’’.

Check the IGF 2021 program for the session :

  • Once logged in the IGF platform, click on the session : IGF 2021 WS #144 Framework- Media and Information Literacy in Digital Spacesthen click on "Add to my program" on the right.

  • To attend a session, you must click "Register and Attend" to receive a personal link to attend the meeting. The "Register and Attend" link is only available 1 day before session start time.
