INSTITUT DE DIPLOMATIE PUBLIQUE is a registered non-govermental organization composed of cultural activists, media, IGOs and NGOs, academics, and others seeking to advance the field of international virtual exchange (internet-based, cross-national communication and collaboration) , and as with any organization, the Institute needs dedicated, active members in order to fulfill its purpose.
Institute is seeking representatives all over the world to help amplify our objectives of helping the public diplomacy.
It is led by members for members.
The Institute is run entirely by dedicated and hardworking volunteers.
We have dedicated volunteer professionals and professors who donate several to many hours per week to advise professors, students universities and NGOs in their areas of expertise.
Our aim is to attract and recruit motivated and highly-qualified volunteers for educational projects throughout the developing world.
We are ready to partner with the other organizations and businesses to help each other better achieve our mission and goals.
Who we are?

Our work would not be possible without the efforts of our Members across the world. The image below is a graphical representation of our members.
How we work with Representatives?
In order to provide services to executives, Institute relies on the active participation of Organizational Representatives as an important component of its mechanisms.
Organizational Representatives are the Institute’s emissaries, speaking on its behalf.
Role of an Institute Organizational Representative
As Institute is primarily a NGO, the role of Representatives is the most crucial role in the organization.
Although executives need to be dedicated and competent in their tasks, everything that arises from this organization comes from the Representatives.
A Representative needs to know the rules of the Institute (constitution and applicable code), attend its meetings (with rudimentary knowledge of procedure), and serve on its committees. Without such knowledge and dedication, a representative cannot adequately represent the Institute.
They are representatives of the Institute by ensuring that emerging issues facing the executive community are brought to the attention of the leadership in a timely manner.
They encourage their colleagues to take advantage of the benefits of membership and the services offered by the Institute.
We are looking for a few skilled and passionate individuals happy to offer some of their time to help get this project off the ground.
Our Project is dedicated to promoting various professor and student projects and researches that contribute to Public Diplomacy development, science and culture .
Responsibilities of an Organizational Representative:
act as an ambassador to their colleagues on Institute membership, events, activities and information sessions;
assist with keeping the Institute member database up to date by confirming the accuracy of the list of members;
identify opportunities to assist Institute to make presentations or for Institute to be present with their booth;
